mVision™ by Secure Care Products allows users to receive and acknowledge notifications on mobile devices about their Door GUARDIAN™ wander prevention, or KinderGUARD® infant security system as well as the ENVisionIT Real Time Location Solutions.
By using our mobile app with your system you won’t miss any events no matter where you are in your facility. Notifications will include the type of alarm or alert, the location, date, time, and name(s) of patient(s), staff, or asset involved. In the event of an alarm or alert being sent to your device you will have the option to acknowledge this event by pushing the “Acknowledge” button and let the rest of your staff know you are handling the situation.
In conjunction with our software you will also be able to create event escalation and have full audit trail visibility of all events. You can also customise device notification lists by type (alarm or alert), security level, or location.
There are three menus on the app that offer three different views of all of the events. The first is all events acknowledged or not. The next will show you only events that have been acknowledged and lastly is the menu that shows you only events that have yet to be acknowledged. Within these menus events will be separated by active alarms, active alerts, and cleared alarms and alerts. When an event is cleared it will automatically move from the “Active” screen to the “Cleared” screen. At any time you can select the event and it will show you all details including who acknowledged it and when.
